hi! we've brought a little taste of Morocco to our favorite people. we hope you love this lemon magic as much as we do.

lemon confit, "confit" simply means to preserve or enhance the flavor of a food by packing it in a substance. we've preserved these lemons in salt in early December, so please wait until mid-January to try.
with two of the elements (salt & acid) of a great dish included in your jar, you're well on your way to a tasty dish.
Remove the pulp, remove seeds, chop, and add to:
soups, stews, grain bowls, or dal
dips: hummus, tzatziki, tapenade
salad dressing
marinated olives or other veggies
marinades
sauces
seafood seasoning & seafood sauces
cocktails: martini, Chilton, limoncello
